Tunney Wants To Crack Down On Parking Permit Resales Near Wrigley
" CHICAGO (CBS) — Ald. Tom Tunney (44th) wants to crack down on Wrigleyville residents who sell their neighborhood parking permits.

As WBBM Newsradio’s Bob Conway reports, the issue is not new. Tunney and others say the sale of the valuable stickers has been going on for a long time, and is not surprising given the almost non-existent legal parking near Wrigley Field, the Chicago Tribune reported.
