" Ndamukong Suh is 6-foot-4, 307 pounds. He's one of the league's best pass rushers because he is big, strong and fast. When he got his hands on Jay Cutler during the Bears' 13-7 win over the Lions, Cutler knew it wasn't good.
“I thought it was gone and then he got a hold of me. At that point, I knew it wasn’t going to end well," Cutler said after the game.
And it didn't. Cutler's shoulder hit the turf first, and then all 307 pounds of Suh crashed on top of him. It was a devastating hit, and Cutler laid on the ground after the play was over. Medical personnel rushed to his side, and Cutler missed the next play. He went back into the game but then went to the locker room a few minutes before half time to have his ribs examined. He came back for the second half. Though the injury wasn't serious, it will be hard to erase that memory of Cutler being slammed to the ground "
