Surveillance Video Released of Bulls Fan's Shooting

" Police are looking for a Sixers fan who got into an argument with a Bulls fan while on his was home from the game then opened fire hitting the Bulls fan and an innocent bystander.

Authorities tell NBC Chicago sister station NBC10 the shooting happened around 10:30 p.m. on the Market-Frankford Line at the 46th Street Station in West Philadelphia, just after the 76ers lost to the Bulls 96-89.

"It's bizarre. This is behavior that is just over the top," Lt. John Walker told the station. "It's intolerable "
